Leslie Inouye

Leslie holds a B.S. in Biology from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA and began her career in Milwaukee, WI at Chr. Hansen, where she helped transition the microbiology lab to a paperless system. She later moved to France to work with the company’s international team. After relocating to Southern California in 2004, Leslie expanded her expertise in biotech and earned an MBA from California State University, Long Beach in 2015. 

Leslie transitioned into roles in marketing, brand management, and business development, ultimately serving as COO of a software startup. In August 2024, Leslie joined OC Wills and Trust Attorneys as Director of Operations, where she leverages her experience in operations and process improvement to drive client satisfaction and team success.
