Joel Schneidmiller

Joel is a former Division 1 and professional athlete who started his career in sales in 2022. 
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated as a Dean’s List member and a four-time All-American for the Men’s Volleyball Team. After graduating, he continued his athletic career for two seasons overseas, in the Netherlands and Germany, before returning and accepting an offer as a sales professional in the Freight industry, where he learned valuable customer service and sales tactics from being face-to-face with potential clients.

Joel joined OC Wills and Trust Attorneys in April 2025 and looks forward to utilizing the skills he has learned from his experiences both here and abroad to serve clients and better the company.
