Leslie Inouye

Leslie holds a B.S. in Biology from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA and began her career in Milwaukee, WI at Chr. Hansen, where she worked with a global team to modernize the microbiology lab to a paperless system. She later moved to Paris, France to continue her work with the company’s international team. After relocating to Southern California in 2004, Leslie expanded her expertise in biotech operations and earned an MBA from California State University, Long Beach in 2015. 

Leslie transitioned into roles in marketing, brand management, and business development, ultimately serving as the COO of a software startup. Leslie joined OC Wills and Trust Attorneys in 2024 where she leverages her experience in operations and process improvement to drive client satisfaction and team success.
